A great lunch break movement break! Only 45 minutes.
This class will use resistance and light weights to strengthen & tone the body from top to bottom.
Grab what ya got.. light weights, water bottles (for weights), yoga blocks, resistance bands. Have a chair handy too if you can. Grab what you can we will make it work! If you have nothing, no worries!!
