You will be required to collect these props for your at home restorative practice:
-Two towels or blankets that can be rolled up and folded
-Two bed billows
-Optional to bring an eye pillow or small hand towel to use an eye pillow.
Invite yourself onto your mat to relax the body & restore the mind. This class is set up to include the elements of a yin or restorative yoga class. Teachers may offer you props, including blankets, bolsters, eye pillows & straps, to support you in poses. Poses will be held for a period of a few minutes, allowing you to offer your body full relaxation. The teacher may also include meditations or readings throughout the class. All poses will be either seated or lying down.
Be sure to create a comfy space in your home! Do you best to set this our away from distractions.

Zoom can be accessed through their free app on your phone/tablet or accessed through your computer's web browser for free, make sure you have an account set up ahead of time. Please try and arrive in the waiting room 10 minutes early. The beauty of Zoom is you can choose once in the meeting to have your video and audio on or off, your choice.
