Expect a dynamic class that builds stability, tones muscles, and supports posture, while creating space in the body and leaving you feeling open, grounded, and refreshed. You’ll move with intention, connect to your breath, and challenge your body in a way that feels both supportive and empowering.

Canceling within 1 hour of class: Late cancellations will result in a charge for the class or a deduction from your class package or membership.
No-Shows: No refund or credit will be issued for no-shows.
Technical Studio Issues: In case of a technical issue on our end (such as Zoom not launching, stream disruptions, or audio/video problems preventing class from running properly), we’ll make it right.
If a class is significantly interrupted or canceled due to a studio-side technical issue, you’ll receive a full refund or credit toward a future class.
