We begin with slow, intentional flow, allowing the body to warm and open gradually, before easing into deeper, supported holds that invite stillness and release.
The pace is unhurried and accessible, offering a balance of movement and rest that supports flexibility, circulation, and a calm, regulated nervous system.
Expect to move with ease, settle with intention, and leave feeling open, supported, and deeply at ease. All levels welcome.

Canceling within 1 hour of class: Late cancellations will result in a charge for the class or a deduction from your class package or membership.
No-Shows: No refund or credit will be issued for no-shows.
Technical Studio Issues: In case of a technical issue on our end (such as Zoom not launching, stream disruptions, or audio/video problems preventing class from running properly), we’ll make it right.
If a class is significantly interrupted or canceled due to a studio-side technical issue, you’ll receive a full refund or credit toward a future class.
