Slow Tone & Burn is a deliberate, slow-moving strength-based yoga class designed to build muscle, stability, and endurance without rushing or high-impact movement. The “burn” comes from time under tension, mindful repetition, and sustained holds - not speed.
This slower-paced, strength-focused yoga class invites you to move with control, intention, and awareness. Expect longer holds, deliberate transitions, and targeted muscle engagement designed to build heat, tone the body, and challenge stability without rushing or high-impact movement.
The perfect class for the person who says, “I want to get stronger but still want it to feel like yoga.”
This class is open to all levels, with clear options and modifications offered throughout. Whether you’re newer to strength-based yoga or looking to refine your control and build sustainable strength, you’ll leave feeling worked, balanced, and centered
To ensure that all our friends have the opportunity to enjoy our classes, we ask that you please respect the following cancellation policy:
Canceling within 2 hours of class: A late cancellation will result in a charge for the class or a deduction from your class package or membership. A courtesy cancellation must be done by email ([email protected]) or text to 732-854-4858. This ensures that others have the chance to take your spot & instructors are adequately compensated.
No-Shows: If you do not attend a class and haven’t canceled in advance, the class will be deducted from your account.
