This class is designed to support every body—whether you're just beginning or deepening your practice. Expect a well-rounded flow that builds strength, flexibility, and focus through breath and movement. Teachers may offer a mental focus, theme, or highlight a specific pose or area of the body to enhance your experience.
We meet you exactly where you are, with options and modifications always available. This makes it a supportive space for beginners and a refreshing challenge for more experienced yogis. You'll be guided with care, encouraged to move mindfully, and leave feeling more connected to your body, breath, and mind—with a deep sense of gratitude for it all.
Canceling within 1 hour of class: Late cancellations will result in a charge for the class or a deduction from your class package or membership.
No-Shows: No refund or credit will be issued for no-shows.
Technical Studio Issues: In case of a technical issue on our end (such as Zoom not launching, stream disruptions, or audio/video problems preventing class from running properly), we’ll make it right.
If a class is significantly interrupted or canceled due to a studio-side technical issue, you’ll receive a full refund or credit toward a future class.
