Settle into stillness and create space in both body and mind with this soothing Yin practice. In this class, you’ll hold poses for several minutes to deeply stretch and hydrate the connective tissues, while incorporating slow, mindful movements as you transition between postures. This blend of stillness and gentle flow supports flexibility, circulation, and a calm, balanced nervous system. All levels welcome.
Canceling within 1 hour of class: Late cancellations will result in a charge for the class or a deduction from your class package or membership.
No-Shows: No refund or credit will be issued for no-shows.
Technical Studio Issues: In case of a technical issue on our end (such as Zoom not launching, stream disruptions, or audio/video problems preventing class from running properly), we’ll make it right.
If a class is significantly interrupted or canceled due to a studio-side technical issue, you’ll receive a full refund or credit toward a future class.
