On the Beach... Awaken Inner Radiance with the Expanded Daily Energy Routine
This session of our Explore Your Energies series draws from Donna Eden’s powerful Daily Energy Routine—a series of time-tested practices designed to activate and align your body’s energetic systems. This expanded version takes you beyond the basics, introducing additional techniques to boost vitality, release energetic blockages, and enhance emotional balance.

Through intuitive movement, tapping, tracing, and breathwork, you’ll learn how to consciously shift and direct your energy. The session ends with a meditative practice to help ground and integrate your experience.

• _{Cancellations more than 7 days before the event: Full refund minus a 10% non-refundable deposit to cover administrative costs.}
  

• _{Cancellations 3-7 days before the event: 50% refund or credit toward a future event of your choice.} A courtesy cancellation must be done by email ([email protected]) or text to 732-854-4858.  _{This allows other friends to potentially fill the spot & compensate our instructors adequately.}
  

• _{Cancellations less than 3 days before the event: No refund, but you may transfer your ticket to a friend or family member with prior approval. Alternatively, we may offer a credit for a future event, at our discretion.}
  

• _{No-Shows: No refund or credit will be issued for no-shows.}
