This session of the Explore Your Energies workshop series, we’ll tap into the foundational energy practices that reawaken the mind-body connection. Inspired by the late Laura Fine’s All Systems Go chakra balancing exercises, this class is a heartfelt journey inward—awakening your energetic pathways and restoring inner harmony.

Through slow, intentional movement, breath, and subtle awareness, you’ll begin to feel into the layers of your being and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm. We’ll close with a grounding guided meditation to help integrate the energetic shifts.

• _{Cancellations less than 3 days before the event: No refund, but you may transfer your ticket to a friend or family member with prior approval. Alternatively, we may offer a credit for a future event, at our discretion.}
