Please have on hand a 2-3 lb set of weights. 
This Low-Impact, Full-Body workout combines yoga and barre, fusing strength and stretching. It targets smaller muscle groups using optional light weights, small bursts of cardio, and traditional yoga poses. Get ready for an uplifting class that builds aerobic activity, muscle endurance, and boosts your energy. This class will leave you feeling balanced in mind, body and soul. All levels welcome!

  • Canceling at least 1 hour before class: Full refund or credit toward a future virtual yoga class.
  • Canceling within 1 hour of class: Late cancellations will result in a charge for the class or a deduction from your class package or membership.

  • No-Shows: No refund or credit will be issued for no-shows.

  • Technical Studio Issues: In case of a technical issue on our end (such as Zoom not launching, stream disruptions, or audio/video problems preventing class from running properly), we’ll make it right. 
    If a class is significantly interrupted or canceled due to a studio-side technical issue, you’ll receive a full refund or credit toward a future class.
