 MUST HAVE ON HAD A SET OF 2 TO 3 POUND WEIGHTS. A dynamic fusion of classic yoga poses and light strength training. This class enhances your yoga practice using hand weights and resistance bands to build strength, increase endurance, and improve stability. Expect mindful movement, breathwork, and repetition-based sequences that challenge your body while staying rooted in yoga principles.

  • Canceling at least 1 hour before class: Full refund or credit toward a future virtual yoga class.
  • Canceling within 1 hour of class: Late cancellations will result in a charge for the class or a deduction from your class package or membership.

  • No-Shows: No refund or credit will be issued for no-shows.

  • Technical Studio Issues: In case of a technical issue on our end (such as Zoom not launching, stream disruptions, or audio/video problems preventing class from running properly), we’ll make it right. 
    If a class is significantly interrupted or canceled due to a studio-side technical issue, you’ll receive a full refund or credit toward a future class.
