Through mantra, Kriya sets (meditation, breathwork, and dynamic exercises), and deep relaxation, this practice will awaken your vitality, elevate your life force, and leave you feeling empowered and radiantly YOU. The session concludes with a devotional song and mantra, sealing your intentions for a bright, intentional new year.

You will be charged for the event and no refund will be issued if you cancel your event reservation less than 24 hours before event start time. Most Events, Workshops & Ticket Classes have limited space. Canceling last minute affects our ability to get these tickets out to others and fill the event.
