This Low-Impact, Full-Body workout combines yoga and barre, fusing strength and stretching. It targets smaller muscle groups using optional light weights, small bursts of cardio, and traditional yoga poses. Get ready for an uplifting class that builds aerobic activity, muscle endurance, and boosts your energy. This class will leave you feeling balanced in mind, body and soul. Encouraged to bring your own 2-3 lb set of weights. All levels welcome!
