Join us for a deeply nourishing 90-minute experience that blends Restorative Yoga, Reiki energy healing, and sound therapy for profound relaxation and renewal. Begin with a grounding intention-setting exercise, followed by gentle yoga poses designed to release tension and open your energy channels. While you rest, our Reiki Practitioner will offer hands-on healing, enhanced by soothing sound vibrations. The journey concludes with an extended Savasana and optional aromatherapy. Each participant will take home a crystal to set their intention in and continue their healing journey beyond the session.
