Join Heather for a 75 minute Kundalini Nidra Reset. Class begins with classic Kundalini yoga warm up sequences, which are gentle, yet dynamic movements and breathing techniques, to uplift and open the spine, lungs, and energy channels. You’ll then be guided through a calming meditation and elongated deep relaxation, known as yogic sleep, or yoga nidra. This is a deeply meditative practice that will prepare you for a good nights sleep and ease in the days to follow.

You will be charged for the event and no refund will be issued if you cancel your event reservation less than 24 hours before event start time.
