No Yoga or Paddle Board experience necessary!
SUP Yoga is an experience like no other. Join Maura, who’s been teaching this practice for over a decade on the water, where you can discover your own greatness. Learn to SUP with the basic strokes, then anchor down for an hour long class that consists of meditation, pranayama, and modified yoga postures with the option to always go deeper.
What to Bring: a towel, sunscreen and water (you will be thirsty after class)
What to Wear: Wear comfortable, breathable clothes. Sport shorts or leggings (yoga pants are great) sports bras and tank tops. Layers for sun protection if you need.
Please Note: Class starts at 8:30am, please arrive 10 minutes before class time to ensure you are nice and zen prior to our paddle.
Events/Workshops/Ticketed Events/SUP Yoga Cancellation Policy: If you can no longer attend an event you have signed up for, you must provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to the event start time for a full refund. You will be charged for the event and no refund will be issued if you cancel your event reservation less than 24 hours before event start time. Most Events, Workshops & Ticket Classes have limited space. Canceling last minute affects our ability to get these tickets out to others and fill the event.
