Join Kate from Vibe Sessions to bathe in the healing vibration of sound. Gong baths release emotional and energetic blockages in the body and allow you to enter a deep meditative state. This sound journey will promote deep relaxation and a sense of well-being. Included in this sound healing will be Crystal Singing Bowls & and more healing sound instruments.
