●This ceremony will start with a short meditation and welcoming the cacao medicine to our gathering and learn about its healing properties. After enjoying a cup of ceremonial cocoa we will begin our singing bowl sound bath with deeply relaxing and healing vibrations.
●Organic ceremonial cacao with plant-based milk will be used. Special herbs will be used to help with the third eye, heart opening, and release the emotional trapped for each individual attending to the ceremony.
●What is a Sound Bath? A Sound Bath is a meditative journey that involves various instruments, each varying in vibrations and frequencies, including crystals bowls and more! The resonates that are produced affect the entirety of your body leading to a state of total relaxation, where your brain waves transition into theta brain waves. The Sound Bath lowers your heart rate, slows your breathing, allows muscles to release tension, and brings ‘stillness’ into the mind. A Sound Bath helps to reduce stress, deepen the meditative state, and allow for a sense of peace and well being too over you. In this state of relaxation, the mind and body are able to come back into alignment and wellness. The Sound Bath Meditation benefits the participants for up to 72 hours.
