You will be required to bring to the beach for props:
-Two towels or blankets that can be rolled up and folded
-One bed pillows
-Optional to bring an eye pillow or small hand towel to use an eye pillow.

Restorative yoga on the beach is a serene practice that combines gentle, supported poses with the calming sounds and sights of the ocean. Participants use props like blankets and pillows to hold poses comfortably, allowing deep relaxation and stress relief. The natural setting enhances the experience, promoting a sense of tranquility and connection with nature. Class may be enhanced with singing bowls, essential oils & more.
Events/Workshops/Ticketed Events Cancellation Policy: If you can no longer attend an event you have signed up for, you must provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to the event start time for a full refund. You will be charged for the event and no refund will be issued if you cancel your event reservation less than 24 hours before event start time. Most Events, Workshops & Ticket Classes have limited space. Canceling last minute affects our ability to get these tickets out to others and fill the event.
