In this hour sound bath you will experience a high vibrational and melodic sound experience. Using a combination of Meditation, Reiki, & Crystal Singing Bowls, Kate will hold space as you release physical, mental, emotional, & spiritual stress helping you to rejuvenate your body, mind, & spirit.
