This class will focus on lighting up the hips! We tend to carry a lot of our stress & emotions & tensions in our hips. We hope this class will help you to relieve some of that tension. In this practice we will place a lot of emphasis on hip opening poses lying down, seated & standing. Let’s move, breath & release!
