Winter Waves & Warmth - A Beach Meditation + Warm Restorative Yoga Studio Experience

Join Amanda + Jennie for an evening to slow down, breathe deeply, and find warmth in the quieter season.

We'll begin with a mindful walk to the shoreline, hot chocolate or tea in hand, where we'll pause for a guided beach meditation, breathwork and winter intention setting. Taking in the fresh ocean air, the sound of the waves and the beauty of the changing season.

Then we'll make our way back to the studio for a warm, candlelit restorative yoga experience.

Settle into cozy blankets, bolsters and supported poses as we melt into stillness with gentle reiki, soothing sound and guided relaxation.

A little fresh air, a little ocean magic, and 90 minutes to do absolutely nothing but take care of yourself.

• _{Cancellations less than 3 days before the event: No refund, but you may transfer your ticket to a friend or family member with prior approval. Alternatively, we may offer a credit for a future event, at our discretion.}
  

• _{No-Shows: No refund or credit will be issued for no-shows.}
