Gratitude & Glow: Candlelight Yoga + Reiki

Join Donna Pollin for a special evening of Gratitude & Glow, a candlelit yoga, Reiki, and meditation experience created to slow down, reconnect, and honor the practice of gratitude.

Donna believes deeply in the power of the word gratitude and its ability to shift our energy, perspective, and connection to the present moment. Together, we’ll explore gratitude not simply as something we feel, but as a practice we can return to again and again.

Surrounded by the soft glow of candlelight, you’ll move through gentle, mindful yoga with intentional breath and plenty of space to settle inward. The practice will gradually melt into deep rest, Reiki energy healing, and a guided meditation designed to leave you feeling grounded, open, and restored.

• _{Cancellations 3-7 days before the event: 50% refund or credit toward a future event of your choice.} A courtesy cancellation must be done by email ([email protected]) or text to 732-854-4858.  _{This allows other friends to potentially fill the spot & compensate our instructors adequately.}
  

• _{Cancellations less than 3 days before the event: No refund, but you may transfer your ticket to a friend or family member with prior approval. Alternatively, we may offer a credit for a future event, at our discretion.}
  

• _{No-Shows: No refund or credit will be issued for no-shows.}

_{For any emergencies or extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.}

_{Event Transfers: If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your registration to a future event if space is available, but please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This can only be done 1 time, repeat transfer requests will not be accepted, no refund or credit will be issued.}
