75-minute restorative yoga paired with live plant music Hosted by Matt Poles. Lie back and let the gentle songs of living plants wash over you. Using PlantWave technology, the subtle electrical signals from real plants are transformed in real time into organic, soothing soundscapes. As you rest in supported restorative poses, these natural vibrations help release tension, calm the nervous system, and invite deep renewal. It’s an invitation to slow down, reconnect with the quiet rhythms of nature, and restore body and mind. 
All levels welcome. No experience needed.

• _{Cancellations more than 7 days before the event: Full refund minus a 10% non-refundable deposit to cover administrative costs.}
  

• _{Cancellations 3-7 days before the event: 50% refund or credit toward a future event of your choice.} A courtesy cancellation must be done by email ([email protected]) or text to 732-854-4858.  _{This allows other friends to potentially fill the spot & compensate our instructors adequately.}
  

• _{Cancellations less than 3 days before the event: No refund, but you may transfer your ticket to a friend or family member with prior approval. Alternatively, we may offer a credit for a future event, at our discretion.}
  

• _{No-Shows: No refund or credit will be issued for no-shows.}
