First Flow: Beach Yoga Celebration

Let’s take it to the sand! Join Amanda & Jennie for our first beach yoga of the season—a special, heart-filled class to celebrate new beginnings, fresh energy, and everything this summer has in store.

Expect an all-levels flow set to the rhythm of the ocean, golden light, and the kind of community magic that makes these moments unforgettable. We’ll move, breathe, and ground into the season ahead—together.

• _{Cancellations more than 7 days before the event: Full refund minus a 10% non-refundable deposit to cover administrative costs.}
  

• _{Cancellations 3-7 days before the event: 50% refund or credit toward a future event of your choice.} A courtesy cancellation must be done by email ([email protected]) or text to 732-854-4858.  _{This allows other friends to potentially fill the spot & compensate our instructors adequately.}
  

• _{Cancellations less than 3 days before the event: No refund, but you may transfer your ticket to a friend or family member with prior approval. Alternatively, we may offer a credit for a future event, at our discretion.}
  

• _{No-Shows: No refund or credit will be issued for no-shows.}

_{For any emergencies or extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.}

_{Event Transfers: If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your registration to a future event if space is available, but please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This can only be done 1 time, repeat transfer requests will not be accepted, no refund or credit will be issued.}
