Step into an evening of heart-opening magic and deep restoration with Sheida Abbasi founder of HAMP. This Shamanic Cacao Ceremony blends the sacred medicine of cacao with restorative sound and energy healing to support emotional release, energetic alignment, and inner clarity.

We’ll begin with a grounding meditation, setting intentions and welcoming the sacred cacao medicine into the space and our hearts. Learn about cacao’s transformative properties; how it opens the heart, awakens the third eye, and invites emotional clarity before sipping a warm cup of organic ceremonial cacao, blended with plant-based milk and special herbs designed to support relaxation, presence, and inner balance.

Next, drift into a restorative Sound Bath. Sheida will support your relaxation with a crystal singing bowls sound bath to release tension, slow the nervous system, and quiet the mind, inviting a state of deep presence and calm.

Finally, experience an Aura Cleanse and Reiki session. Sheida will help clear stagnant or heavy energy from your subtle body while channeling universal life force energy to restore balance, harmony, and vibrancy. This gentle yet powerful practice releases blocks, reduces stress, and supports emotional and spiritual wellbeing, leaving you feeling lighter, centered, and deeply aligned.
