This event offers a  lighthearted, feel-good evening that’s all about movement, curiosity, and self-expression.

This fun, all-levels Wheel Prop Yoga class uses the yoga wheel (provided in studio) as a supportive and empowering tool to explore movement in new ways. With Kim’s creative guidance, you’ll play with balance, mobility, gentle backbends, and supported stretches, building trust in your body while keeping things accessible and approachable.

The wheel offers both challenge and support, helping you feel where your body wants to open, stabilize, or let go. There’s no pressure to “get it right.” This experience is about showing up, trying something new, and reconnecting with joy through movement.

Expect curiosity, encouragement, and a reminder that growth can be playful too.

• _{Cancellations 3-7 days before the event: 50% refund or credit toward a future event of your choice.} A courtesy cancellation must be done by email ([email protected]) or text to 732-854-4858.  _{This allows other friends to potentially fill the spot & compensate our instructors adequately.}
  

• _{Cancellations less than 3 days before the event: No refund, but you may transfer your ticket to a friend or family member with prior approval. Alternatively, we may offer a credit for a future event, at our discretion.}
  

• _{No-Shows: No refund or credit will be issued for no-shows.}

_{Event Transfers: If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your registration to a future event if space is available, but please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This can only be done 1 time, repeat transfer requests will not be accepted, no refund or credit will be issued.}
