Step into 2026 with clarity, renewal, and awakened energy. This special New Year’s session weaves together the invigorating power of Kundalini Yoga with the deeply restorative magic of a Gong Sound Bath.

We’ll begin with breathwork, movement, and mantra designed to awaken your inner fire, strengthen the nervous system, and clear stagnancy from the year behind you. This intentional practice helps you energize your body, uplift your mindset, and create spaciousness for what you’re calling in for the year ahead.

Then, you’ll settle into stillness as the vibrational waves of the gong wash over you, melting tension, soothing the nervous system, and restoring harmony on a deep, cellular level. The gong’s resonance supports emotional release, energetic reset, and whole-body renewal, helping you step forward lighter, clearer, and more aligned.

Open to all levels, come ready to awaken, release, and elevate as you welcome a fresh new year.

• _{Cancellations less than 3 days before the event: No refund, but you may transfer your ticket to a friend or family member with prior approval. Alternatively, we may offer a credit for a future event, at our discretion.}
  

• _{No-Shows: No refund or credit will be issued for no-shows.}
