Cacao & Sound Bath Ceremony

Join us in collaboration with Sheida Abbasi for a heart-opening evening of connection, healing, and relaxation. We’ll begin with a short meditation to ground our energy and welcome the sacred cacao medicine into our gathering. You’ll learn about cacao’s powerful healing properties before enjoying a warm cup of organic ceremonial cacao blended with plant-based milk and special herbs designed to support third-eye activation, heart opening, and emotional release.

Following our cacao ceremony, we’ll ease into a deeply restorative Sound Bath experience. Using crystal singing bowls and other high-vibrational instruments, Sheida will guide you on a meditative journey through sound. The soothing frequencies help the body release tension, slow the heart rate, and quiet the mind—inviting a state of deep peace and alignment that continues to resonate for days after the session.
