Join us for an unforgettable morning of movement, mindfulness, and ocean fun as we team up with Hammer Surf School for a Yoga & Surf experience in beautiful Seaside Park!

🌊 No yoga or surf experience required—this event is for everyone looking to relax, recharge, and try something new in the sand and sea. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a total beginner, you’ll feel right at home.

🧘‍♀️ 60 minutes of grounding yoga, breathwork, meditation, and essential oils to ease into your day
🏄 75 minutes of expert-led surf instruction with all surfboards provided

What to Bring:
– Blanket or towel for yoga
– Towel for after your lesson
– Water bottle
– Big beachy vibes 🌞

Come solo or bring a friend—either way, you're in for a morning of fun, flow, and salty smiles!

• _{Cancellations more than 7 days before the event: Full refund minus a 10% non-refundable deposit to cover administrative costs.}
  

• _{Cancellations 3-7 days before the event: 50% refund or credit toward a future event of your choice.} A courtesy cancellation must be done by email ([email protected]) or text to 732-854-4858.  _{This allows other friends to potentially fill the spot & compensate our instructors adequately.}
  

• _{Cancellations less than 3 days before the event: No refund, but you may transfer your ticket to a friend or family member with prior approval. Alternatively, we may offer a credit for a future event, at our discretion.}
  

• _{No-Shows: No refund or credit will be issued for no-shows.}

_{Event Transfers: If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your registration to a future event if space is available, but please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This can only be done 1 time, repeat transfer requests will not be accepted, no refund or credit will be issued.}
