Experience the energizing power of Kundalini Yoga and the deep relaxation of a Gong Bath in this transformative session. We’ll begin with breathwork, movement, and mantra to awaken energy, strengthen the nervous system, and clear the mind. Then, surrender into stillness as the vibrational waves of the gong wash over you, releasing tension and restoring balance on a deep, cellular level.
Open to all levels—come ready to awaken, align, and elevate.
