Using props for full support, we’ll settle into long-held postures allowing for deep release and reflection. Class will close with an extended Savasana and affirmations for renewal and self-growth. Class Cancellation Policy: If you signed up for class and can no longer attend, please cancel your registration on-line at least 1 hour prior to class. If you cancel less than 1 hour prior to class you will be charged.
