In this gentle, intention-setting yoga session, we’ll flow through soft, mindful movements to release what’s no longer needed, preparing the body and mind for fresh starts. A prolonged meditation will follow, inviting deep relaxation and an opportunity to charge intentions into a clear quartz crystal—gifted to each participant as a symbol of clarity and renewal. Embrace a sense of inner refreshment and readiness for new beginnings.
Class Cancellation Policy: If you signed up for class and can no longer attend, please cancel your registration on-line at least 1 hour prior to class. If you cancel less than 1 hour prior to class you will be charged.
