Yin Yoga & Reiki Renewal - New Years

Start the year with intention, relaxation, and healing at our special New Year's Day Yin Yoga and Reiki Renewal. This soothing session combines deeply relaxing Yin Yoga with the gentle, healing energy of Reiki, guiding you to release the past year's stresses and set a positive tone for the year ahead. Each Yin pose will be held for extended periods, allowing you to sink into full-body relaxation, supported by props to deepen the experience. 

Throughout the practice, our certified Reiki practitioner, Brittany, will provide hands-on or distance Reiki to help release energy blocks and promote a sense of inner peace and balance. This mindful combination of Yin and Reiki will leave you feeling refreshed, grounded, and aligned for the new year. 

All levels are welcome; no prior experience needed. Bring an open heart, and if you'd like, a journal for any reflections that arise. Let's step into 2025 together with calm, clarity, and purpose.

Events/Workshops/Ticketed Events Cancellation Policy: If you can no longer attend an event you have signed up for, you must provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to the event start time for a full refund. You will be charged for the event and no refund will be issued if you cancel your event reservation less than 24 hours before event start time. Most Events, Workshops & Ticket Classes have limited space. Canceling last minute affects our ability to get these tickets out to others and fill the event.
