Reiki Restorative Beach Yoga

Settle into the healing rhythm of the ocean as you’re guided through a deeply relaxing Restorative Yoga practice on the beach, led by Amanda, with hands-on Reiki energy healing by Sheida. This class is designed to gently open the body, calm the nervous system, and realign your energy centers (Chakras) through supportive postures and intentional stillness.

✨ Suitable for all bodies and experience levels.
✨ Enhanced with optional singing bowls, essential oils, and other calming elements to deepen your experience.

What to bring:
-Two towels or blankets (to be folded or rolled for support)
-One bed pillow for comfort
-Optional: eye pillow, light blanket, or layers (it can be breezy near the water!)

Come as you are, rest as you need, and leave feeling refreshed, restored, and rebalanced.

• _{Cancellations more than 7 days before the event: Full refund minus a 10% non-refundable deposit to cover administrative costs.}
  

• _{Cancellations 3-7 days before the event: 50% refund or credit toward a future event of your choice.} A courtesy cancellation must be done by email ([email protected]) or text to 732-854-4858.  _{This allows other friends to potentially fill the spot & compensate our instructors adequately.}
  

• _{Cancellations less than 3 days before the event: No refund, but you may transfer your ticket to a friend or family member with prior approval. Alternatively, we may offer a credit for a future event, at our discretion.}
  

• _{No-Shows: No refund or credit will be issued for no-shows.}

_{Event Transfers: If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your registration to a future event if space is available, but please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This can only be done 1 time, repeat transfer requests will not be accepted, no refund or credit will be issued.}
