You will be required to bring to the beach for props:
-Two towels or blankets that can be rolled up and folded
-One bed pillows
-One bed pillows
Join Amanda & Sheida for Restorative Yoga to support relaxation, along with the opening and activation of the Chakras through Reiki Healing. This restorative practice is accessible for any body type or level of experience.
Class may be enhanced with singing bowls, essential oils & more.

You will be charged for the event and no refund will be issued if you cancel your event reservation less than 24 hours before event start time. Most Events, Workshops & Ticket Classes have limited space. Canceling last minute affects our ability to get these tickets out to others and fill the event.
