ABOUT THE WORKSHOP Join Gabby for a first timer friendly cupping session followed by an hour long, all levels yin style yoga flow with guided meditation, breathwork, and sweet little treat. Cupping is the ancient practice of releasing the toxins from body tissue. A cup is placed on the skin with suction that causes the tissue to be drawn up to allow for blood flow and detoxification. This workshop allows for muscular recovery and detoxification with cupping therapy as well as the relaxation and yin yoga class.
ABOUT GABBY YOSUICO My name is Gabby and I am a 200 hour certified yoga instructor & I also have a background as a health professional as an occupational therapist. In my years of working in the medical field, specifically in outpatient orthopedics, I worked alongside other professionals where I learned manual techniques, specifically cupping therapy, that help allow for the body to heal. I love combining my love for Eastern practices with my Western education in the healthcare field to provide unique workshops that promote healthy and holistic lifestyles

You will be charged for the event and no refund will be issued if you cancel your event reservation less than 24 hours before event start time. Most Events, Workshops & Ticket Classes have limited space. Canceling last minute affects our ability to get these tickets out to others and fill the event.
