" Wall yoga" can aid in your yoga practice, a wall helps you articulate precise alignment and form in each pose, supports you when you want to relax, assists you when you want to try a new posture, and motivates you to energize your body more fully.
Class Cancellation Policy: If you signed up for class and can no longer attend, please cancel your registration on-line at least 1 hour prior to class. If you cancel less than 1 hour prior to class you will be charged.
