Join Amanda as we relax & celebrate the August Full Moon. Including a crystal giveaway!
You will be required to bring to the beach for props:
-Two towels or blankets that can be rolled up and folded
-Two bed billows
-Optional to bring an eye pillow or small hand towel to use an eye pillow.

Invite yourself onto your mat to relax the body & restore the mind. Poses will be held for a period of a few minutes, allowing you to offer your body full relaxation. All poses will be either seated or lying down. Class may be enhanced with singing bowls, essential oils & more.
Events/Workshops/Ticketed Events/SUP Yoga Cancellation Policy: If you can no longer attend an event you have signed up for, you must provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to the event start time for a full refund. You will be charged for the event and no refund will be issued if you cancel your event reservation less than 24 hours before event start time. Most Events, Workshops & Ticket Classes have limited space. Canceling last minute affects our ability to get these tickets out to others and fill the event.
